The Project Brief
Our team worked with the team at Exchange House in Milton Keynes to complete a full commercial fit-out. The client wanted to transform their space into a contemporary, high-end office environment complete with a modern kitchen for their staff to enjoy.
Scope Of The Project
Due to the nature of the work involved, we scheduled this project over a 12 week period, allocating deadlines, which were overseen by our dedicated project manager. Our team started by installing custom partitions, which featured a sleek black frame complete with square panes of glass. The middle panels of glass were finished in a slight frosting for added privacy in meeting rooms.
As our team are highly skilled in carpentry, we also provided the client with all carpentry elements needed for their new space. This, again, was custom made to fit their requirements and the specifications of the office, creating a durable yet stylish solution. Included in this was a bespoke fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space for staff, along with a bench and stool seating areas to maximise functionality.
This particular project was completed during the pandemic, so we ensured that the space met with social distancing guidelines and clear signage was placed around the workplace.
