A Commitment To Quality
Reputable, Experienced Dry Lining Contractors
As a fast yet effective way to smooth out a textured surface, dry lining offers a cost-effective solution to restore the appearance of walls and ceilings inside a building. This can be completed as a one-off service or incorporated into a commercial refurbishment, maximising the results while meeting your budget.
Our dry lining contractors have spent many years refining their skills, ensuring that the correct materials are paired with streamlined techniques. They have put in place strategic steps to ensure that everything from the jointing to plastering is completed with precision and a meticulous eye for detail. Particular stages will also be tailored to meet your project requirements and building specifications, for example, the fixing method, as boards can be placed directly onto the surface or a secondary framework.
Tailoring Solutions To You
Where Can Commercial Dry Lining Be Used?
As commercial dry lining has been designed explicitly to sit on rough, textured and uneven surfaces, the uses are incredibly flexible. This means that there are many construction projects for which we offer dry lining for, from ceiling tiles to improve ventilation to solutions that are manufactured to provide energy efficiency. Before beginning your project, a Keyne Developments representative will always complete a survey at your premises, assessing the condition of surfaces before determining the best-fitting lining service, whether this may be plastering, tape or jointing, for instance.
What Are The Types Of Dry Lining Plaster?
Based on the nature of your premises and the surface that requires work, different dry lining plaster is available, each of which comes alongside its own benefits. These include the following:
Wall Board
This is the most widely used dry lining plaster and is suitable for most wall applications.
Acoustic Plasterboard
Designed with a higher density core to provide insulation against noise.
Water-Resistant Board
This is ideal for repelling water, making it best-suited to humid environments.
Fireboard
Equipped with glass fibre, fireboard is used in many commercial buildings to protect against fire.
Vapour Plasterboard
Perfect for adding an additional layer of insulation, vapour plasterboard is manufactured with a layer of metallic film.
Sharing Client Feedback
"Keyne Developments did a 10/10 job plasterboarding the walls in our new office. We had a different company to do it in the past who didn’t give us the results we hoped for, but we have finally got these with Keyne Developments. Thank you for all of your hard work, you have been a pleasure to work with!"
