A Work In Progress Project
We are currently working on a project at St George’s Hospital in Tooting, London. It is always a pleasure to complete work for any client, but even more so for those that dedicate their lives to our care. Now more than ever, it is important to show our appreciation, so when we were asked to complete work at this fantastic hospital, of course, we didn’t think twice before saying yes!
Scope Of The Project
Although our operatives are still working on this project, they have been super busy ensuring that all of the work required is ticked off the list and completed to the highest standard. The project involves removing 50 of the existing doors around the hospital and replacing them with up-to-date fire doors. These door replacements span over two levels in the plant room, so we have needed to ensure that work has been completed quickly, causing minimal disruption to the hospital staff and patients.
Ensuring that fire doors are in full working order is vital for any building, but in healthcare facilities, there are even stricter regulations in place to protect those inside. Our team always ensure that they are familiarised with the most recent industry guidelines before working on a project, ensuring that your installation meets strict criteria to reassure safety.
