Our Upcoming Project
We have recently completed a project at LSE Bankhouse House in London, which is a student accommodation building for those studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science. The project commenced on the 21st of June and involved installing around 680 FD30 internal fire doors and new frames. We also had a few other tasks requested along the way, which our team happily accommodated.

Scope Of The Project
The main contractor of this project surveyed the job and determined the scope of the project alongside significant input from our team at Keyne Developments.
Throughout the project, our specialist labourers and carpenters were on site to remove old fire door sets and replace them with new FD30 fire door sets as required. FD30 doors are those that are designed to provide at least 30 minutes of protection against fires. This provides occupants plenty of time to escape the property safely should there be a fire.
We worked very closely with the main contractor to achieve a completion target of 12 weeks, which was precisely to schedule. The building is now ready to be filled with students – what a great example of teamwork and commitment!
If you have a project in mind and require our advice or would like to book a service, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Our team have many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge on a broad range of commercial renovation project, so will happily book a site survey.
