To begin this project, the property was surveyed under the client’s principal contractor, and then all construction and renovation work was handed over to Keyne Developments. Throughout, we have been loosely instructed and guided by their principal contractor.
To ensure that our client’s commercial property met their requirements, we created a bespoke contract that combines several services. This includes stripping out the existing ceilings and carpets, along with the main dividing blockwork wall and partition wall. The project also included a complete fit-out of the space, ready for our clients to move straight in.
Due to the scale of the work required, we agreed on timeframes for each stage and implemented strict deadlines, keeping the project organised and each step on track. Our labour content involved many aspects, such as stripping out the building with our dilapidation team before our dry liners and carpenters stepped in to complete the remaining work.
Overall, this project took around 12 weeks to complete, and we are so pleased with the outcome – a huge well done to our team for all of their hard work!
