Types of Construction Drawings

Structural Drawings
A structural drawing relies on the input of the architectural drawings to assemble load-carrying members such as steel beams joists and framing materials. Unlike other internal construction drawings, the structural drawing does not address partition walls or plumbing – both of which are assessed in other drawings.
Electrical Drawings
After designing your architecture and structural drawings with the team, and electrical drawing is then assembled to identify information and locations for lighting, wiring, power and circuits for communication during the project in question. This drawing will also illustrate the physical arrangement of wires.
