Affordable & High-Quality

Plastic Spraying

The most common plastic used for cladding, windows and doors is uPVC, and while it offers a great affordable alternative to the more expensive forms of cladding, it has a lower lifespan and can be subject to various forms of damage. As uPVC is available in various colour options, it allows you to fully customise your property, but with time, this colour can fade due to exposure to varying weather conditions.

However, through a professional plastic spraying service, you can prevent the common issues associated with plastic cladding as it ages while also protecting it from other issues. Much like metal coatings, a plastic coating helps to protect the material, making it more durable, resistant to common inside conditions and easy to maintain.

Processes Bespoke To Your Needs

Our Plastic Coating Spray Process

It is important to make sure that a professional carries out a plastic coating spray for two main reasons; it provides a seamless and professional finish, and specialist chemicals and equipment are used that require training and experience to handle. To ensure that the coating is well applied and offers thorough protection for many years to come, our reputable teams follow a specific process.

1

Preparation & Stripping

It is essential to make sure that the surface of the plastic is well prepared using storage chemicals and a jet washer. This helps to remove all grime, dirt and oil from the material to ensure that the coating bonds to the plastic. If there is already a coating on the surface, then the team will remove this so that the new coating can offer better protection.

2

Repairs

In some cases, repairs will need to be made, of which the team will inform you during your site survey. These repairs must be complete in order for the coating to work efficiently. If this is the case, then the team will complete repairs on the material, which could include respraying of colour, upon your request.

3

Applying The Coating

Once repairs have been made and the team are happy that the surface is well prepared for the coating to be applied, then they will begin to prepare the property for spraying. All areas that are not to be coated will be covered to ensure protection during the spraying, and all relevant areas will be cordoned off to ensure maximum safety.

Sharing Client Feedback

"Keyne Developments has worked with us on a previous project, and we found them to be pleasant to work with and really helpful at informing us when something else popped up during the site survey. We asked them to help with the exterior of our property this time, and they did just as good of a job! They always talked us through what to expect and how the process worked, which was handy as we have no idea what any of the stuff means. The team are so friendly and professional, and we really enjoyed having them around."
