Contact the team to arrange a viewing of your property. At this stage, you can also send over images of your damaged flooring, and the team can come back to you with a rough quote. However, it should be noted that this can change depending on the level of damage the team find when attending the site.
Step 2: Site Survey
A site survey will be arranged with you and the team, ensuring that it is carried out at the safest possible times and without disrupting your work. This survey will help to highlight any issues that the team will have to overcome during the project, what safety measures will need to be implemented and what materials are needed. You will also be provided with a more accurate quote.
Step 3: Finding Materials
When you have informed the team whether you would like to repair existing flooring or replace the whole thing, the team will then source your materials to ensure that they are ready for the project to be carried out. The team will liaise with you as to whether the materials will be delivered straight to you.
Step 4: Completing The Project
Once everything has arrived on site, the team will be working on your project at a time and date best suited to you. During the project, you and your team may be asked to leave the site to ensure maximum safety throughout, but the team will keep you informed of progress and any changes to plans.
